Smiles of Hope for Wadi Al-Nasara

Every smile deserves a chance to shine

In the heart of western Syria lies Wadi Al-Nasara (Valley of the Christians), the largest Christian community in the country, home to more than twenty peaceful villages. The village of Al-Hawash, the largest among them, shelters around 7,000 residents, while the entire valley counts nearly 20,000 people, including 5,000 children.

But behind the valley’s beauty and faith lies silent suffering.
Years of conflict and worsening economic hardship have made even the most basic health care, including dental treatment, a distant dream for many families. Tooth pain, infections, and preventable oral diseases have become part of daily life, especially for children.

💠 Our Mission

To bring back smiles and restore dignity, Syrian Christians for Peace USA has launched the Smiles of Hope for Wadi Al-Nasara campaign, a mission to establish a community dental clinic providing free basic dental care for families in need.

This clinic will be a beacon of compassion, staffed by dedicated local professionals and volunteers who believe that health is a human right, not a privilege.
